The sculpture of Mother Ignatius Elizabeth McQuoin, foundress of the Sisters of Mercy North Sydney and Monte Sant' Angelo Mercy College, was unveiled at Monte as part of the Sesquicentenary Mass on 21 February 2025.
The sculpture is the work of Sydney-based Daniel Dominguez, sculptor, painter and educator.
