Project Compassion: Lent Poverty Appeal 2025

This Lent (5 March - 17 April), we’re invited to Unite Against Poverty with Caritas Australia’s Project Compassion. This year is especially significant as we celebrate the Jubilee Year - a time of renewal and solidarity.

Caritas Australia, the Catholic Agency for International Aid and Development, works with local communities around the world to help end poverty, promote justice and uphold dignity.

This year Caritas is partnering with

• Caritas Samoa in Samoa
• Catholic Relief Services in Vietnam
• Caritas Kongolo in the Democratic Republic of the Congo
