Clean Up Australia Day, 3 March

This annual event, an invitation to take local action in cleaning up the environment, is a reminder to us all to tread lightly and conserve the planet, our common home.

In the words of Pope Francis in his ground-breaking letter, Laudato Si', "There is a nobility in the duty to care for creation through little daily actions"
(Laudato Si' no. 211).
